Movement Coaching

Picture
Images on this page by Scott Woolley
"My movement practice began at a young age, through a range of physical disciplines including dance, bungee assisted dance, vertical wall training, yoga, pilates, martial arts and sport. I have taken dance classes on a weekly basis for 30 years now. I am interested in the mind and body connection, play, and a variety of approaches to training. As I continue to explore my own movement vocabulary, I want to empower others to live active and creative lives. I have years of teaching experiences working with people of all ages, levels of experience, and abilities. I meet clients where they are at, teach the fundamentals to move well through my own unique and approach. I am a massive advocate of learning the basics, going back to basics regularly, looking after your body, being kind to yourself, safe practice and building a life long relationship with your movement practice. In doing so, it will impact all areas of your life. If you are based in the Wirral or Liverpool, and have any questions, please email tuckshopdancetheatre@gmail.com to find out more about how I can help you." Lauren Tucker
